Plated Brown Fused Alumina Abrasive is a new type of abrasivewhich is plated with ferric oxide on the surface by a specific processinglt is made from high quality brown fused alumina or brown fused aluminacalcined at high temperature through intensive deep processing andhigh temperature heating. The product features a large specific surfacearea, strong hydrophilicity, even particle size, high purity, strong bindingpower, cutting efficiency and good heat dispersion performance. lts mainperformance indexes are as below: compared with normal brown fusedalumina. lts micro-hardness increases by 10%, toughness increases by10%, hydrophilicity increases by 3.5 times, grinding and cutting quantityincreases by 3% and efficiency increases by 30 to 50%. lt can be used fortop grade coated abrasive tools and top grade resin wheel.
The plated abrasive class P grains produced by our company have13 grit numbers, ranging from P24 to P240.
F series have 16 grit numbers, ranging from F24 to F230.
