Brown fused alumina shows blue after calcination at acertain high temperature. The impurities existed in the abrasiveswill be separated out or vaporized. The surface of each particlebecomes coarser, which greatly improves the hydrophilicity ofabrasive grains. After calcinations, cracks made from abrasivecrushing and crystal cooling process will be closed, thus greatlyimproving the toughness, strength and enhancing the wealresistance of the abrasive.

This product is mainly used for high speed strong belt, topgrade bonded abrasive, resin wheel, sand paper, tray, largecutting disk, and can also be used to grind stainless steel plate.alloy steel and cemented carbide.

Abrasive for coated abrasive tool has 21 grit numbers,ranging from P24 to P1000.

Abrasive for bonded abrasive tool has 22 grit numbersranging from F24 to F500.
